About the event
Join us for our Second Saturday Regulars Birding walk at Fairview Park, located in Decatur, Illinois.
We will be gathering in the parking lot across from the pool steps, just beyond Fido Field in the west end of the park.
Following Second Saturday Regulars Birding at 8 am, the Master Naturalists will be clearing Honey Suckle with the Park District staff, if you are free and interested in helping manage the invasive plant bring your loppers and gloves and joins us in this cooperative clean up project.
Fairview Park, in Decatur, Illinois, is one of the city's gems. Including bike paths, Fido Fields, and Dreamland Lake Duck Pond.
